Due to circumstances we only stayed one night, but would definatley stay here again. It is a new hotel and everything in it was clean and new. The breakfast was good and varied and the breakfast dining area was clean and roomy and included a TV for the morning news.
The bed was firm... good if you like that. The linens were clean and crisp.
The room was small, but adequate for a one night stay for two, if all you need is a place to sleep. The price was no bargin, but given the proximity to Boston it's probably OK. -

we came to needham area to visit our daughter. this hotel had the lowest price within four exits on I 95. the hotel is east to get to off of I 95 (exit 15A). the room was pleasant and clean. the walls are a bit thin but we were able to sleep just fine. the best part was the continental breakfast. there was a good assortment of cereals (hot & cold), skim & regular milk, yogurt, muffins, toast fresh fruit, juice coffee, tea and best of all a waffel maker. the staff was very helpful. coffee & tea are available afterhours in the lobby
